Terms and Conditions

Whilst every effort is made to ensure products are described and shown accurately, slight variations in the colours of the actual goods may occur. Many of theitems are hand made and printed in small runs which means they are susceptible to slight variations in design and colour.

Right to Cancel.

You may cancel your order at any time so long as the item(s) have not been dispatched. You will be refunded in full.We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.


Payments are made through paypal. You can pay with your credit card through the paypal site, you do not need a paypal account.
We can accept payment by cheque, if you send us an email with the items you require or note down the items and send with a cheque.

Goods will be dispatched as soon as the cheque clears (please note this can take up to 5 days)


For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail. Goods are usually shipped within two days though please allow up to 5–7 days for delivery. We will notify you be email if your order is going to be delayed for any reason.
Please not for overseas delivery times will vary depending on the location country postal service.

£15 — £1.00
£20 — £2.00
£30 — £2.50

For Items delivered outside the UK
Item value upto:
£10 — £2.00
£15 — £2.50
£20 — £5.00
£30 — £7.50

Costs shown are for single items, if multiple items are purchased the shipping charges are adjusted at checkout.

Damage and Loss in Transit

Occasionally, through no fault of our own goods get lost or damaged in transit. If this happens with your order, please advise us as soon as possible and we will replace your items. If you do receive damaged goods please retain all relevant documentation so an insurance claim can be made by ourselves. Please make a note of the damage on the delivery note and in the case of ‘signed for goods’ please mark ‘damaged’ when signing for the parcel. Notify us by email or telephone with the details and we will replace your goods.


If you are not entirely happy with your goods you may return them to us for a full refund. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition within two weeks and you must notify us first within 7 days of receipt of the goods by email or telephone.

We do not refund shipping costs and we recommend items are returned with appropriate tracking and insurance as no responsibility will be taken for lost or damaged goods.


This store uses Paypal for payments and Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 – bits (the highest level commercially available)
